One of our prestigious clients in Sri Lanka is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager / Boutique Hotel Manager to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 450,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operations of the boutique hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance operations.
• Lead, train, and supervise hotel staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, and operational costs to maximize profitability.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
• Develop strategies to improve occupancy, guest satisfaction, and overall hotel performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Boutique Hotel Manager, or in a similar hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field will be an advantage.
