We are looking for an experienced HR leader to drive the human resources function for a growing IT/software company. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can combine strategic HR leadership with strong operational execution in a fast-paced technology environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of HR experience in the IT/software industry. Experience in a technology, software services, or product development company will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, and compliance.
• Hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and welfare management, ideally within a tech talent environment.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks and audits.
• Experience in HR projects, audits, or HRIS implementation is an advantage.
• University Degree in HRM or a postgraduate qualification, or a similar qualification with membership of CIPM.
• Excellent communication skills in English
