One of our prestigious clients in Sri Lanka is looking for an experienced Channel Development Manager to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 600,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute channel development strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
• Monitor channel performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize channel profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Lead and support channel development teams to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations for management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in channel development, sales management, or business development.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Experience in developing and managing partner networks.
• Ability to work independently and achieve strategic business goals.
