JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – TRANSPORT (MALE) 📍 Location: Nugegoda

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain workshop inventory and assist with stock verification and periodic inventory audits.
• Receive machines and equipment for repairs and ensure proper handover back to sites after completion.
• Maintain accurate repair records site-wise and machine-wise while tracking equipment usage and operational status.
• Coordinate with site teams regarding equipment movement, repairs, and workshop activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on repairs, inventory status, spare parts usage, and machine utilization while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with asset control procedures.

Key Requirements

• Basic technical knowledge of machinery, tools, and equipment maintenance processes.
• Good record-keeping, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to use MS Word and Excel for reporting and inventory tracking with basic ICT knowledge.
• Valid driving license with practical driving ability.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with site teams.
• Additional Advantage: Experience in workshop operations, inventory management, or equipment maintenance environments.
