Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the building materials, construction, property, and related industries.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and business negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage the sales process until deal closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and effective solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Assistant Manager or equivalent position.
• Proven experience in B2B sales of building materials is mandatory.
• Strong network within the construction, developer, contractor, distributor, or building materials industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willing to travel for business meetings and customer visits.
