One of our prestigious clients in Sri Lanka is looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive – Foreign Employment to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable (Based on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for overseas employment opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and foreign clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Advertise job vacancies through online platforms and social media.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment and documentation process.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in foreign recruitment or overseas employment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the overseas recruitment process and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
