Are you a Banking professional with a strong IT/technology background and proven experience in Business Analysis?

We’re looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic team and contribute to innovative Digital Banking, FinTech, and Payment Technology solutions.

🔎 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Play a vital role in business analysis activities, including problem analysis, process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and assessing and validating solutions.
• Interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyse business and system requirements using appropriate elicitation and analysis techniques.
• Review Solution Proposals, White Papers, SRS, SDD, RTM, and other technical artifacts.
• Develop and maintain the Product Roadmap by closely collaborating with technology and business stakeholders.
• Analyse industry trends and contribute to brainstorming future solutions.
• Conduct research and gap analysis to identify opportunities for product evolution.
• Contribute to the conceptual design of end-to-end solutions and oversee Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities.
• Enhance solution offerings and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct client presentations, user training, and product walkthrough sessions.
• Assist in preparing responses to EOIs, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Contribute to continuously improving Business Analysis and Product Management processes.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Sound knowledge of industry-standard Business Analysis processes, techniques, and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive multiple products/projects in parallel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Demonstrated experience in Product Management initiatives, including: Product Design Frameworks Design Thinking New Product Development (NPD)
• Prior experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry or related operations will be an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IREB CPRE are highly preferred.
