The Role

We are looking for an experienced RCM professional with a strong background in Plastic Surgery operations.

This role will be responsible for leading the day-to-day performance of a Plastic Surgery account, guiding the team, resolving operational issues, and ensuring client expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Plastic Surgery RCM accounts.

• Guide the team across billing, AR follow-up, denials, authorizations, and collections.

• Review complex claims, payer issues, and operational escalations.

• Monitor productivity, quality, aging, denials, and overall account performance.

• Identify recurring gaps and implement practical corrective actions.

• Provide clear account updates during internal and client discussions.

• Support team training, process improvements, and account-specific documentation.

• Ensure SLAs, client requirements, and operational standards are consistently achieved.

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM.

• Strong hands-on experience in Plastic Surgery billing and operations.

• Good understanding of surgical billing, authorizations, coding dependencies, modifiers, denials, and payer requirements.

• Previous experience as a Team Lead, SME, Senior RCM Specialist, or in a similar senior operational role.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
