One of our prestigious clients in Fiji is looking for experienced Management Accountants to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 1,400,000 – 1,800,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Analyze costs and recommend strategies to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist management with financial planning and business decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
