Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the global IT Operations team across Sri Lanka and Athens, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the organization's global IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, endpoints, and enterprise systems, ensuring high availability, security, reliability, and performance.
• Manage identity and access management (IAM), user onboarding and offboarding, access controls, and the full lifecycle of IT assets, systems, and software.
• Partner with the Security Operations team to implement cybersecurity best practices, respond to security incidents, and maintain a secure IT environment.
• Drive operational excellence by standardizing IT processes, managing vendor relationships, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring consistency across global locations.
• Lead and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard while identifying opportunities to adopt emerging technologies.
• Manage the global IT budget, resource allocation, and financial planning to support business objectives and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or IT Management, preferably within a global technology environment.
• Proven experience leading IT teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced organization.
• Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), SaaS administration, endpoint and device lifecycle management, and IT support operations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, 1Password, Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, VPN technologies, and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
• Solid understanding of user onboarding and offboarding processes, access management, software licensing, procurement, vendor management, and contract renewals.
• Experience working closely with Security Operations, Engineering, People, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable IT services.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with excellent written and spoken English and a global mindset.
