Flat Rock Technology is looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Sales & Account Manager to manage client relationships, optimise digital campaign performance, and identify opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and account management skills with a solid understanding of digital and performance marketing.**

Main responsibilities:**

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients;
• Understand client goals and translate them into effective campaign strategies;
• Work closely with internal teams to optimise campaign performance;
• Monitor and improve campaign results across digital channels;
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth;
• Prepare reports, insights, and client presentations;
• Stay updated on digital marketing and mobile advertising trends;

Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ experience in account management, digital / affiliate marketing;
• Strong understanding of digital or performance marketing;
• Excellent communication and client management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
