Lyceum Global Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to join Nextgen Shield (Pvt) Ltd. The role is primarily focused on leading sales and marketing initiatives, expanding the client portfolio, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the delivery of high-quality security services while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee security operations across all client sites.
• Drive new business development and build strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement operational and business growth strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Monitor operational performance, compliance, and service excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Security Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in security operations or business development, including managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, business development, and client management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
