• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations of the school.
• Ensure the successful delivery of an internationally recognized curriculum (IB and/or Cambridge preferred).
• Lead, mentor, and develop academic and administrative leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in teaching quality, student achievement, and school performance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, governing bodies, and external stakeholders.
• Manage school budgets, resources, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and accreditation standards.
• Promote innovation, professional development, and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within an international school environment.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role such as Head of School, Principal, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of International Baccalaureate (IB) and/or Cambridge curriculum.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural teams and drive organizational excellence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
