• We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Associate to join our team.

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Associate Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Key Responsibilities: Source and shortlist suitable candidates for open positions

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to placement
• Achieve successful closures for assigned vacancies
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidate profiles
• Handle day-to-day recruitment-related tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels
• Good candidate screening and shortlisting skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work with targets and deliver placements
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
