Lyfe Kitchen (Private) Limited, a member of Lyceum Global Holdings, is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team in Wattala.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Prepare and serve high-quality meals

✅ Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff

✅ Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards

✅ Manage stock, requisitions, and cost control

✅ Support daily kitchen operations efficiently

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

✔ Culinary Certificate or Diploma

✔ 2–3 years of experience as Commis II or Commis III (or equivalent)

✔ Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management

✔ Excellent teamwork and communication skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts
