One of our prestigious clients in Qatar is looking for an experienced HSE Officer (Health, Safety & Environment) to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at the workplace.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and local regulations.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, permits, and other safety documentation.
• Assist in emergency response planning and participate in emergency drills.
• Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience as an HSE Officer in construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
• Good knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
