One of our prestigious clients in Qatar is looking for an experienced HSE Engineer (Health, Safety & Environment) to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international HSE standards.
• Conduct HSE training, inductions, and toolbox talks for employees.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and safety performance records.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and participate in emergency drills.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience as an HSE Engineer in construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
