Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Supervise dissertations and doctoral-level research.
• Lead curriculum development and academic innovation.
• Publish research in peer-reviewed indexed journals.
• Contribute to AI integration in teaching and learning.
• Participate in academic leadership and quality assurance activities.

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Management or a closely related field (Mandatory).
• Strong expertise in Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), and Research Methodology.
• Proven research and publication record.
• University-level teaching experience.
• Experience with Pearson BTEC programmes is preferred.
