Implement employee appraisal systems and support career growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and organizational procedures. Use data-driven insights to improve HR strategies and workforce planning. Handle and maintain personnel files and other HR-related documents with accuracy and confidentiality. Visit branch locations as required to support HR operations. Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key Requirements Degree, Professional Qualification, or Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management. Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence others. Team-oriented mindset with strong people management and interpersonal skills. Strong documentation and analytical skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and payroll administration. Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
