Hardware Haus Limited is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Manager to lead and optimize our Distribution Centre operations, ensuring seamless product movement from receipt through to delivery across our branch network.

About the Role

Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse and distribution operations, inventory management, transport coordination, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and exceptional service delivery throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations

✅ Manage inventory control and stock accuracy

✅ Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and transport schedules

✅ Optimize delivery routes and fleet performance

✅ Oversee customs and shipping documentation

✅ Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse and distribution teams

✅ Drive productivity improvements and operational KPI performance

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and workplace health & safety standards

✅ Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

· Minimum 5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Distribution Management.

· Proven experience managing complex warehouse and logistics operations.

· Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

· Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficiency in Pronto and Microsoft Office applications.

· Knowledge of PNG's logistics, customs, and transportation environment will be an advantage.

· Ability to work flexibly and travel when required.
