Hardware Haus Limited is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations and support the continued growth of our business. Reporting directly to the CEO - Hardware Haus, this leadership role will be responsible for procurement, sourcing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution across our nationwide network.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations.

✅ Develop sourcing and procurement strategies that improve margins and reduce costs.

✅ Negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes.

✅ Drive inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment activities.

✅ Oversee warehousing, distribution, fleet coordination, and last-mile delivery performance.

✅ Manage inbound freight, customs clearance, and receiving operations.

✅ Monitor and report on key operational KPIs including stock availability, delivery performance, inventory efficiency, and cost optimisation.

✅ Implement continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.

✅ Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, governance, and ethical sourcing requirements.

✅ Lead, coach, and develop procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing, and Logistics Management.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and commercial negotiations.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with a focus on inventory, margins, and working capital.
• Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to safety and compliance.
