One of our prestigious clients is looking for an experienced Client Service Associate to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 160,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide professional and timely support to clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests.
• Prepare reports and follow up on pending client matters.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client accounts.
• Adhere to company policies and service standards at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or account management will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
