The Job

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for Nursing programmes.
• Supervise students during clinical placements and assess their clinical competencies.
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, examination papers, and maintain academic records.
• Coordinate the academic programme, including timetables, examinations, and student progress.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students throughout their learning journey.
• Support curriculum development, quality assurance initiatives, and programme administration.
• Liaise with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.

The Person

• Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Nursing Studies or HND in Nursing.
• Minimum one (1) year of academic/lecturing experience in Nursing at a recognized higher education institution.
• Experience in clinical supervision and student assessments.
• A Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and developing future nursing professionals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
