📍 Location: WFO or Onsite, Colombo (Sri Lanka)

📄 Category: Full-time, 12-month contract (1 YR FTC)

⏱️ Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 1 month

💼 Experience: Minimum 5+ years hands-on exposure

Key Responsibilities

• Own Sitecore architecture, implementation standards, and governance.
• Lead and mentor Sitecore developers.
• Design integrations between Sitecore and other platforms.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the platform.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product stakeholders.

Education & Relevant Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience including strong Sitecore expertise.
• Travel, airline, or e commerce platform experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Skill, Abilities & Others (KSAOs)

• 8+ years of experience including strong Sitecore expertise (9 / 10, SXA, XM / XP).
• Strong .NET and C# with ASP.NET.
• Sitecore architecture and implementation best practices.
• CMS architecture and content modelling.
• Technical leadership and CI/CD experience.
• Sitecore certifications.
• Headless Sitecore (JSS, Next.js).
• Azure cloud.
• Personalization and travel domain experience.
• Fluent in English.
