The Person

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Education, Early Childhood Education, Educational Psychology, Child Development, or a closely related discipline from a recognised university.
• 3–5 years of relevant academic/professional experience, preferably in higher education.
• Proven experience in academic leadership, programme coordination, curriculum development and quality assurance.
• Teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
• Research, publications, presentations or scholarly engagement would be an advantage.
• Experience in academic partnerships and professional/community engagement is highly desirable.
