The Role

We're looking for a confident, camera-ready Content Creator to present short educational videos on marketing topics. You'll be the face and voice that turns marketing concepts - strategy, social media, SEO, paid ads, branding - into clear, engaging content our audience actually wants to watch. If you love being on camera and can make ideas easy to understand, this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Present marketing educational videos in a clear, engaging, and relatable way
• Collaborate with our content and creative team to shape scripts and talking points
• Deliver content that reflects Ladder's professional yet approachable voice
• Help make marketing concepts simple and accessible for a broad audience
• Bring energy and personality that keeps viewers watching to the end

What We're Looking For

• Confident and natural on camera
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A genuine interest in marketing and staying current with the field
• Clear spoken delivery and good on-screen presence
• Reliable and comfortable working to a content schedule

Nice to Have

• Previous experience presenting, hosting, or creating video content
• A basic understanding of marketing fundamentals
• Familiarity with social media and short-form video formats
