Safety Sure by Protecto is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Tender Executive to identify tender opportunities and manage the complete bid-submission process. The successful candidate will prepare clear, technically accurate, and fully compliant proposals while coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Search government, corporate, and other procurement portals daily for new tender opportunities • Review tender documents and identify all technical, commercial, and administrative requirements • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain certifications, authorizations, pricing, and supporting documents • Prepare clear, accurate, and technically compliant tender proposals • Ensure bids are complete and submitted before the stipulated deadlines • Maintain organized records of tender documents and submissions • Participate in bid openings whenever possible • Follow up on previously submitted bids and conduct competitor analysis • Provide timely updates on tender status and outcomes

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in tender management, procurement, or a similar field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good negotiation and stakeholder-coordination abilities • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with task-management tools such as Trello • Ability to manage multiple bids, clients, and deadlines • Proactive, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented • Degree or HND qualification will be an added advantage
