Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, Bills of Materials, and Bills of Quantities preparation, under the SMM7/CESMM4/SLS 573 measurement principles.
• Support tender preparation, procurement, cost comparisons, and bid evaluations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
• Measure completed works, evaluate subcontractor claims, and process payment applications.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and maintain accurate QS records, cost reports, and progress documentation.

Requirements:

• HND/NVQ Level 5/6 in Quantity Surveying; BSc in QS is an advantage.
• 1–5 years of relevant construction industry experience in Sri Lanka.
• Familiarity with CIDA conditions of contract and local tendering procedures.
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel to or work at project sites as required.
