Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field (professional HR qualifications will be an added advantage).

2–5 years of strong hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within an HR firm handling multiple hiring assignments.

Experience working in an HR firm handling multiple white-collar and blue-collar hiring assignments will be an added advantage.

Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage tight timelines.

Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, job portals, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across different sectors.

Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers, principals, sectional heads, and interview panels, ensuring timely closure.

Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, trackers, databases, and reports while ensuring consistent follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
