Key Requirements

• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple branches and teams.
• Strong follow-up and task-monitoring skills with the ability to ensure timely execution.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and travel between outlets when required.
• Fluent in Sinhala and English.

Key Responsibilities

• 1–2 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, operations, or a similar field.
• Good understanding of F&B operations, production, delivery, and outlet coordination.
• Basic knowledge of inventory, material control, and wastage management.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
