Executive – Counselling & Enrolments

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end school enrollment process, from inquiry to registration.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support onboarding.
• Participate in promotional activities, open days, and school events.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

Internal Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in student counselling, customer service, or educational enrollments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
