South Jakarta, South Jakarta City, Jakarta, IndonesiaIDR 75,000,000 - 80,000,000/monthWe are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy, financial management, and corporate governance. The CFO will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior management to ensure strong financial performance, sustainable business growth, and effective risk management.
The ideal candidate has strong commercial acumen, solid experience in financial management, and the ability to translate financial data into strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the company’s overall financial strategy in line with business objectives.
- Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow planning, and long-term financial planning.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business and investment decisions.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and business targets.
2. Financial Management
- Oversee accounting, finance, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain strong cash flow and working capital management.
- Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
3. Business & Commercial Partnership
- Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and management team.
- Provide insights on profitability, cost structure, pricing, investment, and business expansion.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support major corporate decisions.
4. Corporate Governance & Risk Management
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance across the organization.
- Identify and manage key financial and business risks.
- Ensure proper financial controls over company assets, expenditures, and investments.
- Work with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, legal advisors, and other external stakeholders.
5. Fundraising, Banking & Corporate Finance
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, shareholders, and other financial institutions.
- Lead financing, fundraising, refinancing, and other corporate finance activities when required.
- Assess the company’s capital structure and optimize financing strategies.
- Support potential M&A, investment, restructuring, or other strategic corporate transactions.
6. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance standards for the finance function.
- Build a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting the company’s growth.
- Promote a culture of accountability, financial discipline, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or related functions.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership position, preferably as CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of financial planning & analysis, accounting, taxation, cash flow, and corporate finance.
- Strong commercial and strategic business acumen.
- Experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience dealing with banks, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Experience in a fast-growing, investment-driven, or entrepreneurial business environment is highly preferred.
