About the Role

CEM Academy, the education arm of Ceylon Exchange Mentoring is looking for a Junior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be confident, target-oriented, and passionate about engaging with students and customers while promoting the academy’s educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow a proven sales cycle to convert leads into paying clients.

• Handle objections with confidence and keep deals moving forward.

• Follow up systematically and promote our Stock Market Financial Education Programs.

• Maintain accurate daily updates and consistently hit your targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English.

• Sinhala native speakers preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM/WhatsApp tools (or willingness to learn quickly)

• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Passion for working in the education and sales sector.
