We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can define, implement, and execute test strategies across web and mobile applications while leveraging AI tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery and improve product quality.

You will take ownership of the full QA lifecycle, from planning test processes to ensuring delivery of defect-free, high-performance products for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in both manual and automated testing who understands SDLC and QA processes deeply and takes accountability for product quality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead QA efforts for client products, ensuring end-to-end quality across all releases
• Define test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and QA policies for web and mobile platforms
• Perform functional, regression, UAT, performance, UI/UX validation, and API testing
• Validate quality on web applications, Android/iOS apps, responsive designs, and cross-browser compatibility
• Identify, document, track, and drive resolution of defects using Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and maintain product quality
• Own Go-Live readiness, ensuring all features meet quality standards before delivery to clients
• Leverage AI tools to improve test coverage, QA efficiency, and delivery speed
• Define QA best practices, improve testing processes, and coach junior QA members when required
• Represent QA quality during client demos, sprint reviews, and delivery checkpoints

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of QA experience with strong exposure to both web and mobile testing
• Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT, smoke, sanity testing)
• Hands-on experience with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or ClickUp
• Experience with API testing using Postman or Swagger
• Experience with mobile device testing using BrowserStack or Firebase Test Lab
• Excellent documentation, communication, and accountability mindset
• Full ownership of product quality, not just testing tasks
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Proactive attitude, identifying risks and suggesting improvements
• Accountability for every release delivered to our clients

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for QA integration
