Key Responsibilities

Manage daily stores and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring inventory.

Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updates of inventory movements in the system.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment and availability of required materials.

Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and organization of inventory while maintaining warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Stores, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Operations.

Good knowledge of inventory control procedures, stock reconciliation, and warehouse practices.

Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.

Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
