• Develop, review, and continuously improve coating process methods, including spray parameters and standardized production workflows.
• Monitor and resolve coating-related quality issues directly on the production floor by identifying root causes and implementing appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee the operational condition and routine maintenance of coating equipment, including spray guns, curing ovens, and other critical facilities.
• Work closely with R&D and Production teams during new product introductions, trial production, process validation, and pilot production activities.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other process-related documentation to ensure consistent production execution.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel to improve process understanding, operational standards, and overall execution quality.
• Evaluate and coordinate the technical capabilities of local suppliers, particularly in relation to coating processes, materials, and quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, productivity improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement within the manufacturing operation.
• Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting technical and production-related issues and ensure timely implementation of improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in on-site technical management, industrial engineering, manufacturing process development, production line planning, or process improvement.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, line layout, and operational efficiency. Familiarity with Indonesian manufacturing regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to use English as a daily working language.
• Proficient in engineering/design software such as AutoCAD and Creo.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and highly responsible in carrying out technical assignments.
• Able to work collaboratively with production, engineering, R&D, and other related functions.
• Comfortable utilizing AI-based tools to support work efficiency and technical problem-solving.
• Willing to be based in Karawang, West Java.
