Key Responsibilities

• Lead partnership activation with wedding-industry vendors and venues to build a consistent referral pipeline
• Drive customer acquisition and sales growth for the brand
• Plan and execute campaigns, events & brand activations
• Build and manage customer relationships and follow-ups
• Conduct market research and report on brand performance

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or a related field
• 1–3 years' relevant experience
• Strong communication, networking & presentation skills
• Passion for bridal fashion and customer experience
• Able to work independently and take ownership of brand growth end-to-end
