Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier identification, evaluation, and onboarding.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier databases.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and strategic sourcing projects.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/SAP systems.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to conduct supplier evaluation and grading.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sourcing requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• A degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
