Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Handle statutory deductions and contributions, including EPF, ETF, PAYE, overtime, leave encashment, and gratuity.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, attendance data, and salary adjustments.
Respond to employee payroll-related queries while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations, and support internal audits and management reporting.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan payroll regulations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with payroll software / HRIS.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of EPF, ETF, PAYE, overtime, leave, and gratuity calculations.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
