Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance teams and manage daily housekeeping and facility maintenance operations to ensure all operations are performed in accordance with ISO standards.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, A/C, and general building maintenance.
• Manage external suppliers, service providers, and maintenance agreements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of maintenance work.

Key Requirements

• Full or part qualification in Facility Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping and facility maintenance.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
