Primary Objective
We are seeking for a Production Manager to lead and manage all production operations within the Roll Forming, Manufacturing, and Fabrication environment, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, on time, and to the required quality standards while driving continuous improvement, optimizing resources, and supporting customer delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet production targets and customer delivery schedules.
- Manage and develop production teams, including training, performance management, and supervision.
- Ensure roll forming and fabrication activities are completed according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and promote a safe workplace culture.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure machinery operates reliably and efficiently.
- Control inventory, raw material usage, and finished goods to minimize waste and maintain stock accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, scrap, and manufacturing costs.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and operational performance data.
- Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Trade Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or roll-forming production environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management systems.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and ISO Quality Management Systems.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
