One of our reputed international clients is looking for experienced Mill Mechanics to join their team in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mill machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify faults, wear, and potential breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems to minimize equipment downtime.
• Dismantle, repair, replace, and reassemble mechanical components.
• Maintain and repair bearings, gears, shafts, pumps, valves, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Carry out equipment alignment, adjustment, and servicing when required.
• Conduct regular machinery inspections and maintenance checks.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs.
• Follow scheduled maintenance plans and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate with machine operators and other maintenance personnel.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used and maintained safely.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mill Mechanic, Mechanical Technician, or Industrial Mechanic.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, steel, cement, oil & gas, or similar environments is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of mechanical machinery and maintenance practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to understand mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
• Relevant technical/vocational qualifications will be an advantage.
