Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for computers, laptops, and other IT hardware.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and system issues.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and ensure IT equipment is functioning properly.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Support day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth system functionality.
  • Maintain and manage IT equipment as required.
