Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new apparel brands, customers, markets, and product opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers while identifying opportunities to increase business volumes, customer retention, and profitability.

Present the company's manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio to prospective customers and negotiate commercial terms in coordination with senior management.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop business plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies.

Work closely with production, planning, inventory, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and delivery commitments are achieved.

Key Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Apparel Management, or a related field.

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in business development, operations, production, or commercial management, preferably within the apparel/garment manufacturing industry.

Proven track record in developing new customers, managing key accounts, and securing business opportunities within local or international markets.

Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes, costing, production planning, customer requirements, and commercial negotiations.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, decision-making, and relationship-management skills, with a strong business and results-oriented mindset.
