We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Order Fulfilment Manager to lead and continuously improve our outbound warehouse operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, staged, dispatched, and coordinated for delivery accurately, efficiently, safely, and on time.

The Order Fulfilment Manager will play a key role in achieving DIFOT (Delivered In Full, On Time) targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, optimizing labour productivity, and driving operational excellence across the fulfilment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all outbound warehouse operations including picking, packing,staging, loading, and dispatching.
  • Ensure DIFOT targets are consistently achieved and customer orders are delivered in full and on time.
  • Maintain outbound inventory accuracy and achieve a discrepancy target of 0.1% YTD.
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs including picking accuracy, dispatch accuracy,productivity, order fill rate, and labour utilization.
  • Develop daily operational plans and allocate resources to meet workload requirements and service expectations.
  • Share daily operational reports and KPI performance updates with management.
  • Liaise with Warehouse Administration, Dispatch, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure adequate staffing and operational support.
  • Conduct staff training, coaching, and cross-training to improve team capability and flexibility.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, service levels,and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and operational standards.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards across all outbound operational areas.
  • Measure staff performance and provide recommendations to management for recognition, development, or corrective action.
  • Investigate operational discrepancies, customer claims, and service failures, and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a customer-focused, safety-conscious, and high-performance team culture.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in warehouse or distribution operations, preferably within an FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) in Pronto or other ERP platforms, inventory control, and distribution processes.
  • Proven experience in managing DIFOT, productivity, accuracy, and service level KPIs.
  • Experience in leading large operational teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
