ENGINEER – SOLAR

Responsibilities:

  • Design and engineer solar PV systems, including SLDs, BOQs, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct site assessments and evaluate project feasibility.
  • Ensure compliance with CEB/LECO, IEC, and safety standards.
  • Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities.
  • Lead the implementation of operational best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Professional certification in Solar PV or Project Management is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar engineering/project execution.
  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
