Key Requirements

Attorney-at-Law with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.

Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan court procedures.

Knowledge of:

Corporate law

Commercial law

Regulatory law

Contract law

Proven experience in:

Contract management

Litigation

Legal advisory

Risk assessment

Regulatory coordination

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation systems.

Experience across multiple industries is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and contractual matters.

Manage and coordinate litigation, court proceedings, and external legal counsel.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Assess legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Liaise with internal departments, government authorities, and external stakeholders on legal matters.
