  • Manage and coordinate projects from planning to completion.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Japanese clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare project-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress.
  • Support meetings, discussions, and follow-up activities with clients.
  • Ensure smooth communication and execution of project requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • 2–3 years of working experience, preferably in a consulting firm, especially Legal Consulting.
  • Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or N1 level.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Able to work with Japanese clients/stakeholders.
