Voxal is hiring a QA / IT Project Coordinator to keep our builds flawless and our projects on track.

We create pixel-perfect work for premium health, wellness, and lifestyle brands, and we need someone who treats quality as the job, not an afterthought. If you are detail-obsessed and love being the person who makes sure nothing ships broken, we want to hear from you. You'll work across US, European, and international projects.

What You'll Do

Own quality assurance end to end. Test every build before it goes live: responsiveness across devices, cross-browser behavior, broken links, form submissions, CMS accuracy, and content parity against approved copy. You are the last check before a client sees the work.

Maintain QA standards and documentation. Build and run testing checklists, log issues clearly, and confirm fixes before sign-off so the same bug never ships twice.

Coordinate projects across our design and development team. Track timelines, keep tasks moving, flag risks early, and make sure client work ships on schedule. You'll be the person who follows up, closes loops, and keeps everyone aligned.

A strong QA mindset. You are comfortable testing websites across devices and browsers and methodical about how you do it.

A real design sense. We hold a pixel-perfect standard, and you'll help protect it.

Strong project coordination and organizational skills. You can juggle multiple builds without letting anything slip.

Fluent with AI tools and project management platforms.

Solid English communication. Clear, proactive, and reliable.

A team player who can also work independently, follow up, and manage deadlines.
