Position Overview Support quality assurance for our web-based applications — testing functionality, reliability, and performance, and helping identify areas for improvement across our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project requirements, designs, and user flows to identify possible issues early
• Test websites and web applications across different browsers, screen sizes, and devices
• Create and execute test cases for functionality, usability, responsiveness, and basic performance
• Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs and issues to the development team
• Retest fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved before release
• Check for common UI/UX issues, broken links, form errors, layout problems, and responsive behaviour
• Perform basic website performance and stability checks
• Support testing of dashboards, forms, APIs, and other system features when required
• Work closely with designers and developers to maintain quality throughout the project
• Contribute to improving QA processes and testing standards

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of PHP/JavaScript a plus
• Exposure to test automation tools is an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior hands-on QA experience (test case writing, planning, reporting) preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
